Lead the Creative Direction of ZIP Travel Philippines!

 Are you passionate about social media, video production, graphic design, and digital marketing?

 ZIP Travel Philippines is seeking a Marketing & Creative Lead to lead our marketing and creative initiatives. This is a hands-on lead role for someone who enjoys creating engaging content while leading exciting campaigns that inspire Filipino students to study, travel, and participate in international cultural exchange programs.

What You'll Do

• Lead our social media strategy and content calendar.

• Create engaging videos, reels, and promotional campaigns.

• Design graphics, brochures, posters, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.

• Maintain a consistent and professional brand identity.

• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.

• Coordinate creative projects and support the growth of our marketing team.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has :

At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or multimedia.

• Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.

• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

• A portfolio showcasing graphics, videos, or social media campaigns.

• Creativity, initiative, and a passion for producing high-quality content.
