Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator

About the role

We're seeking a talented and commercially minded Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator to lead our digital marketing initiatives while serving as one of the first points of contact for our customers. You'll have the opportunity to shape our online presence, generate quality sales leads, improve our search rankings, manage advertising campaigns, and grow our social media channels. At the same time, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service by answering incoming enquiries and ensuring every customer receives a professional and friendly experience. This role would suit someone who enjoys balancing creativity with customer interaction and thrives in a fast-paced business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that generate qualified leads.
• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to maximise return on investment.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
• Analyse marketing performance and provide regular reporting on campaign results.
• Create engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and manage social media campaigns that strengthen the Stellar Machinery brand.
• Produce written and visual marketing content, including newsletters, promotions and product launches.
• Professionally answer all incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries.
• Be the welcoming first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the business.

About you

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and website performance.
• Experience managing business social media accounts and paid social advertising.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite and similar marketing platforms.
• A strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign optimisation.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence answering phones and providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to continually improve and grow our marketing presence.
