Marketing & Customer Solutions Supervisor

Responsible in developing creative ideas and direction for the Marketing and Customer Solutions, manage the development of marketing programs to support the organization’s business units while providing strategies for the sales frontline team to sustain excellent customer relations.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, or a related role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, content marketing, and campaign management
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities
• Creative, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
