Job Responsibilities

As a Marketing & E-Commerce Admin, you will support the marketing team in ensuring

daily operations run smoothly.

• Process and manage daily online orders across e-commerce platforms.
• Provide customer service support by responding to customer enquiries via online channels.
• Coordinate and arrange new product development (NPD) samples.
• Assist in managing the affiliate program, including creator onboarding, campaign coordination, and tracking.
• Prepare and process KOL/influencer payment documentation.
• Coordinate product shipments for KOLs, affiliates, media, and campaign activities.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, report preparation, and maintaining records.
• Support marketing campaigns and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Qualification SPM, STPM or equivalent
• Fresh school leavers and candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience in administration, customer service, e-commerce, or marketing will be an added advantage but is not required.
