Marketing & E-commerce Assistant

Role Overview

The Marketing & E-commerce Assistant supports the day-to-day execution of marketing and e-commerce activities for GLOWN Singapore. The role works closely with the Marketing and E-commerce leads to coordinate campaigns, maintain online sales channels, support content and promotional activities, monitor basic performance, and ensure day-to-day tasks are completed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role suited to someone at the beginning of their career who is organized, proactive, digitally savvy, and interested in developing experience across both e-commerce and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Support

• Assist with day-to-day management and maintenance of GLOWN's e-commerce channels, including the website and marketplaces.
• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, promotions, and other product information.
• Support campaign and promotional setup across e-commerce platforms, including basic Seller Centre tasks.
• Perform routine checks to ensure product information, pricing, promotional mechanics, links, and website content are accurate.
• Assist with merchandising tasks, including product collections, bundles, promotional placements, and campaign updates.
• Monitor basic order, stock, returns/refund, and product-related issues, and coordinate with the relevant team members when follow-up is required.
• Assist the e-commerce and marketing manager with marketplace and website operational tasks as required.

Marketing & Campaign Support

• Assist with executing marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal activities.
• Coordinate marketing assets, campaign materials, product information, and other deliverables.
• Support influencer/KOL outreach, product seeding, coordination, and tracking where required.
• Assist with campaign calendars, timelines, trackers, and task follow-ups.
• Conduct basic competitor, market, campaign, and trend research.
• Support offline marketing, events, or activations as needed.

Social Media & Content Support

• Assist with scheduling and publishing approved social media content.
• Maintain social media and content calendars.
• Help organize and maintain the marketing content and creative asset library.
• Coordinate approved creative requirements and ensure required assets are available for campaigns.
• Support basic content creation where appropriate, such as simple social posts, stories, short-form content, or Canva adaptations.
• Monitor comments, DMs, and basic customer inquiries and escalate where necessary.

Reporting & Administrative Support

• Compile basic weekly/monthly e-commerce and marketing performance data.
• Maintain campaign, promotion, content, influencer, and e-commerce trackers.
• Assist with collecting data from e-commerce platforms, social channels, and marketing tools for reporting.
• Maintain organized records of campaign assets, product information, reports, and relevant documentation.
• Support vendor, agency, and internal coordination where required.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing and E-commerce team.
