Marketing & Ecommerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations (40%)

• Manage Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces.
• Monitor orders, returns, customer reviews, and seller performance.
• Ensure all product listings remain accurate and updated.

Website Management (20%)

• Update products, banners, categories, and content on the Company website.
• Test website functionality and report bugs or improvements.
• Coordinate with developers for website updates whenever required.
• Maintain product images, specifications, and downloadable catalogues.

Social Media & Content (20%)

• Plan and schedule Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn posts.
• Reply to customer comments and direct messages professionally.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar.

Marketing & Branding (10%)

• Assist in planning promotional campaigns.
• Support exhibitions, product launches, and festive campaigns.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Monitor digital campaign performance and prepare reports.

Customer Support (10%)

• Respond to website and marketplace enquiries.
• Coordinate order tracking and issue resolution.
• Maintain customer database and follow-up records.
