Marketing and Executive Associate

The Marketing and Executive Associate combines marketing, event coordination, client engagement, and executive support responsibilities to help drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and support organizational objectives. This role manages marketing activities, communications, and special projects while providing operational support to the President & CEO and facilitating the smooth execution of key business initiatives.

Marketing & Brand Management

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and digital initiatives that support business growth and brand awareness.
• Manage social media, website content, SEO, CRM communications, and digital marketing platforms to enhance client engagement and retention.
• Create and maintain branded marketing materials, presentations, and client-facing collateral while ensuring brand consistency.
• Track marketing performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements to increase visibility, engagement, and market presence.
• Support internal communications, community involvement, partnerships, and public relations efforts to strengthen company culture and brand recognition.
• Plan and execute client events, community initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
• Manage event logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, travel arrangements, registrations, and onsite coordination.

Executive Operations & Strategic Support

• Provide administrative and operational support to the President & CEO by managing calendars, travel, meetings, communications, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive correspondence while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Coordinate priorities, monitor action items, and support the execution of organizational goals and special projects.
• Serve as a liaison between leadership, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and follow-through.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, client experience, and organizational growth.
