We are a fast-growing, founder-led D2C brand looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager who can help build the next phase of Compound's growth.

Role Overview

The Marketing & Growth Manager will be responsible for driving brand growth, customer acquisition, revenue growth and marketing efficiency across Compound. The role will work closely with the founders, e-commerce, creative, performance marketing and operations teams to ensure that marketing initiatives translate into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Compound's overall marketing and growth strategy aligned with revenue and business objectives.
• Build and manage monthly and quarterly growth plans, budgets and marketing expenditure.
• Drive customer acquisition, conversion, repeat purchases, retention and customer lifetime value.
• Oversee e-commerce performance, online revenue and the overall customer journey.
• Monitor key e-commerce metrics including revenue, CVR, AOV, CAC, LTV, repeat purchase rate and contribution margins.
• Review website, product pages, landing pages, merchandising, offers and promotional strategies to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across relevant channels, including product launches, seasonal campaigns and key brand initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets and track planned vs. actual spends across campaigns, creators, agencies, content and other marketing activities.
• Monitor performance marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, CTR, CVR, CPM and contribution margins, and drive acquisition efficiency.
• Monitor competitors, consumer behaviour, market trends, customer feedback and campaign insights to identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain marketing and growth dashboards and regularly present performance, insights, recommendations and action plans to the founders.
• Track performance against monthly and quarterly targets, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective actions where required.

Ideal Candidate

• 45 years of experience in D2C, skincare, beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, consumer brands or similar businesses.
• Strong understanding of marketing, growth and e-commerce.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns from ideation through execution and analysis.
• Strong understanding of D2C economics and customer acquisition.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led startup environment.
