We are growing—and we are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Marketing & Growth Operations Contractor to join our team in Alpharetta and help us accelerate that growth.

The Role

This is not a traditional marketing job.

We are looking for someone who understands that marketing, sales, customer experience, and operations all work together to drive revenue.

Your mission will be simple:

Help Vonza acquire more customers, generate more revenue, retain more customers, and execute better.

You will work closely with leadership and our team to turn ideas into campaigns, campaigns into customers, and customers into long-term users.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Marketing & Growth

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and customers.
• Help improve Vonza's customer acquisition strategy.
• Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships.
• Track marketing performance and help optimize campaigns based on results.
• Assist with launches, promotions, webinars, events, and special campaigns.

Sales

• Help generate and convert new sales opportunities for both Vonza and our coaching program.
• Follow up with leads and prospects.
• Support sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to increase conversions and average customer value.
• Work with the team to improve the customer journey from lead to purchase.

Customer Retention & Growth

• Help increase customer engagement and retention.
• Identify why customers leave and develop strategies to reduce churn.
• Help create campaigns that encourage customers to use more of Vonza.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades, additional products, and recurring revenue.

Content

• Help create and coordinate content for social media, email, YouTube, and other marketing channels.
• Turn Vonza's ideas, products, customer stories, and successes into compelling content.
• Work with leadership to develop content that generates attention, leads, and sales.

Operations

• Help keep marketing and growth initiatives organized and moving.
• Coordinate projects, campaigns, deadlines, and team members.
• Develop and improve processes and systems.
• Track key performance indicators and report results to leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks and take initiative to solve them.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor position that will transition to full time within 90 days of hire with:

Base Compensation + Commission

(This is a 6 figure a year opportunity with base pay and commissions)

Compensation is negotiable based on experience, skills, and expected contribution to the growth of Vonza.

There is significant opportunity for additional compensation based on measurable sales and growth performance.

Location Requirement

This is an in-person position.

The selected candidate must be able to work from the Vonza office in Alpharetta, Georgia.

This is not a remote position.
