Marketing & IT Coordinator

We are a leading Immigration Law agency in Sydney CBD providing our clients with Migration services for the past 11 years. Due to growth, we require a Marketing & IT Coordinator to join our busy team.

This is a varied role combining marketing, technology, AI and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with digital marketing, including Google Ads, website, SEO and social media
• Identify opportunities to digitise and streamline existing business processes
• Implement AI, automation and other technology to improve efficiency
• Manage and improve our CRM, website and other business systems
• Provide general technology and IT support across the business
• Research and introduce new digital tools and solutions
• Work with management to improve marketing, lead generation and business operations

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in digital marketing and general business technology
• Good knowledge of Google Ads and websites
• Strong general IT and problem-solving skills
• An interest in AI, automation and digital transformation
• Ability to learn and implement new software and systems
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach and ability to work independently

Experience in a professional services business would be an advantage but is not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour
