Marketing & Operations Associate

About the Role

Spectrum Financial Alliance (SFA) is a rapidly growing, financial advisory firm focused on providing exceptional service and financial guidance to our clients.

As SFA continues to grow, we're looking for a Marketing & Operations Associate who is organized, creative, personable, and excited to be part of a fast-paced team.

This is a hybrid role that combines marketing, client experience, and day-to-day operations. You'll have the opportunity to work with clients, contribute to the firm's marketing efforts, help create video and podcast content, support events and business development, and play an important role in the continued growth of SFA.

Marketing

• Assist the Marketing Coordinator
• Maintaining the firm's social media, website, client communication, etc.
• Creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, letters, and presentations.
• Video and podcast production, including filming and editing.
• Planning and executing seminars, client events, and presentations.
• Monitoring analytics and help identify opportunities to improve campaigns and client engagement.

Client Operations & Experience

• Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for clients, prospects, and visitors.
• Assist the Director of Client Onboarding and Manager of Client Relations with account paperwork, transfers, distributions, and other service requests.
• Assist with office organization, supplies, mail, and other day-to-day operational needs.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Creative and interested in marketing, social media, and content creation.

Preferred: Experience with financial services, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, Canva, website management, social media, video editing, or similar marketing tools.

Work Location: In person – Nicholasville, KY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
