POSITION OVERVIEW

Celestina is a quiet-luxury bag brand. The Marketing & Operations Associate works directly with Celestina Ocampo to keep the brand running smoothly day to day, supporting marketing and assisting with inventory, orders, stockists, events, suppliers and administration. A hands-on, on-site role for someone organized, reliable and detail-oriented.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Support

• Support content capture and posting for Instagram and other channels, in line with the brand’s visual standard.

• Assist with shoots and brand activities, and help keep the website and Canva materials up to date.

Operations Support

• Inventory & Orders: Assist with stock counts and records, order processing, packing and delivery follow-up.

• Consignment & Stockists: Support deliveries, pull-outs, sales reports and reconciliation.

• Events & Pop-ups: Help with stock prep, set-up, on-the-day support and pack-down.

• Suppliers: Follow up with suppliers and production partners on timelines, samples and deliveries.

• Administration: Scheduling, record-keeping, errands and general coordination for Celestina Ocampo.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Highly organised and detail-oriented; accurate with inventory and order records.

• Reliable and discreet, with good judgement when representing a premium brand.

• Familiar with Instagram and basic Canva; good written and verbal communication.

• Available part-time, on-site, with regular face-to-face availability.

• Nice to Have: Retail, fashion or accessories experience; iPhone photo/video skills.
