Marketing & Operations Executive

About the Position:

The Marketing and Operations Associate is a key driver of growth and operational efficiency within the international executive structure, tasked with executing strategic marketing campaigns, driving brand visibility, maintaining operational compliance, and supporting multi-regional event and campaign logistics. The role requires an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented professional capable of managing multi-channel marketing workflows alongside operational execution across domestic and international workstations.

• Department: Office of the Managing Director (OMD - Panel) / SBMS Division of Sairaworld Pvt Ltd.
• Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Marketing Manager / Operations Lead and General Manager (GM).
• Primary Work Location: Adoor, Pathanamthitta, Kerala.
• Workstation Flexibility: Must be appointed to the head office team and remain fully flexible to travel or relocate to any workstation, including control centers and campaign hubs for SBMS, Learn Extra, and other entities located in Kerala (Adoor, Kochi, Idukki), Karnataka (Bengaluru), and Abroad if required.

Key Responsibility Pillars:

• Marketing Execution & Brand Growth: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and field marketing) across key brands like SBMS and Learn Extra to boost lead generation and brand awareness.
• Operational Co-Ordination & Branch Compliance: Support daily administrative and operational workflows, monitor branch marketing compliance, enforce promotional guidelines, and coordinate internal audits for brand collateral.
• Content Creation & Digital Asset Management: Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, social media content, sales enablement tools, and official promotional materials while maintaining secure brand asset repositories.
• Campaign, Event & Tour Logistics: Plan and manage logistics for promotional events, product launches, brand activation drives, trade shows, and corporate tours across domestic and international locations.
• Analytics, Presentation & Reporting: Collect marketing metrics, monitor campaign ROI, analyze customer engagement data, and deliver clear visual reports to executive leadership.

1. Software Skills

• MS Office Suite & Google Workspace: Comprehensive command over Microsoft Word, Outlook for professional correspondence, PowerPoint for pitch decks, Google Sheets for tracking metrics, and Google Forms for market research and customer feedback.
• Marketing & Design Tools: Practical familiarity with graphic design and video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express), email marketing software, and social media scheduling platforms.
• AI & Digital Tools: Basic AI literacy and practical knowledge of modern productivity platforms, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and digital collaboration software for content generation and research.
• Database & CRM / Asset Management: Working knowledge of digital filing, CRM software (or lead management databases), and secure document control systems for brand assets.

2. Professional Skills

• Campaign Tracking & Budgeting: Ability to track divisional marketing spend, monitor campaign budgets, evaluate ROI, and prepare performance summaries.
• Event & Activation Logistics: Strong interest and capability in organizing brand activations, trade expos, product launches, corporate tours, and field campaigns.
• Data Presentation & Market Research: Capability to analyze marketing datasets, summarize audience engagement metrics, and deliver compelling visual and verbal presentations to leadership.
• Compliance & Brand Governance: Knowledge of corporate branding guidelines, branch-level promotional compliance, and advertising standards.
• Executive & Operational Support: Proficiency in coordinating campaign schedules, managing promotional vendor logistics, and handling cross-functional communication between marketing and operations.

3. Soft Skills

• Communication & Articulation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English for drafting marketing copy, press releases, internal circulars, and presenting reports clearly.
• Discretion & Confidentiality: High level of professional maturity to handle sensitive brand strategies, client databases, and internal operational data with absolute privacy.
• Organizational & Multitasking Ability: Strong capability to juggle diverse campaign deadlines, field visits, and operational priorities simultaneously under tight schedules.
• Adaptability & Mobility: High flexibility to accommodate travel and relocations based on marketing campaigns and operational demands.

4. Technical Skills

• Mobility & Transportation: Valid driving proficiency, specifically including 4-wheel driving skills for navigating diverse terrains during field marketing drives, activation tours, and operational visits.
• Travel & Relocation Readiness: Absolute ability to travel with the team across state lines/branches and relocate to various branches within India or abroad as operational/marketing needs demand.
• Grooming & Presentation Standards: Strict adherence to professional dressing and corporate grooming standards, maintaining a fit, presentable, and polished professional appearance as a representative of the company.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
