Marketing and Resource Development Coordinator

The Village at Morrisons Cove, a continuing care retirement community, located in Martinsburg, PA is currently seeking to hire an experienced Marketing and Resource Development professional. The Village is a non-profit organization that relies heavily on donations, grants and fundraising in order to continue our mission of caring for older adults without resources.

This position's primary responsibilities will focus on sales, organizational marketing and
resource development. It is a full time-exempt role that is primarily Monday
through Friday with occasional weekend and evenings for marketing and/or
special events. The successful candidate will have a current understanding and
working knowledge of SEO programs, social media marketing and branding. A
natural comfort engaging with new people and an outgoing, self motivating
personality is a must. Previous experience with grant writing is preferred, but
not required.

As a full time employee of The Village at Morrisons Cove, this position is eligible for a

Qualifications:

Bachelor's level
degree in communications, marketing or related field or associate level degree
plus 5+ years in marketing and fundraising. Due to the sales component in this
role, remote work is not an option.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
