Marketing and Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team handling sandwich panels, and HVAC. The candidate will coordinate between customers, sales staff, production, warehouse, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer inquiries and orders.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with sales executives and managers.
• Follow up on quotations and pending customer inquiries.
• Coordinate order status with production and warehouse teams.
• Follow up on delivery schedules with logistics.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
• Support sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Monitor pending payments and coordinate with accounts where required.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of sales coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, sandwich panels, PPGI sheets.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
