About the program

To develop a highly skilled marketing and sales team equipped with the necessary knowledge, strategies, and tools to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and increase sales performance

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Build relationships with customers, pitch products or services, negotiate sales prices, contact/maintain customers throughout the sales process
• Mentor team member to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Monitor marketing and sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvements
• Support the execution of promotional campaigns, trade marketing, and brand activations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Sales
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Fresh graduate or max 1 years of work experience
• Proven leadership and management experiences in Campus or Student Organizations
• Passionate about Marketing and Sales
• Problem solver, agile, and have a growth mindset
• Effective teammate with strong communication
• Have driving license (A/C)
• Willing to be placed all around Indonesia, particularly in Pulau Sulawesi.
