Marketing & Support Associate/  Sr. Associate

Support the growth of the Supply Chain Technology Business Unit by driving sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to revenue targets, and providing technical and customer support. This role focuses on lead generation, proposal preparation, and assisting customers with basic troubleshooting and after-sales support, working closely with the manager and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to achieving assigned sales and revenue targets by supporting pipeline development and lead conversion.
• Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities, including telemarketing, email campaigns, and targeted customer engagement.
• Prepare proposals/quotations, and other sales-support materials in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
• Assist with solution positioning and ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and addressed.
• Provide basic troubleshooting, technical guidance, and after-sales support to ensure smooth product/service adoption and high customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on marketing and sales performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with the manager and other teams to align initiatives with BU goals and optimize processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales support, marketing, or business development in technology or supply chain solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills.
• Analytical and results-driven mindset with a focus on contributing to revenue growth.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
• Basic technical knowledge for troubleshooting and providing after-sales assistance.
