Position: MARKETING & TRAINING OFFICER
Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• At least 2 years of experience in conducting training, experience in an insurance company is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in MS Office
• Amenable to work in Ayala, Makati

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Conducts basic and advanced training courses for the sales team, primarily for the DepEd salary loan channel
2. Provides support to other sales channels (Individual Life, Group Life, Bancassurance) in conducting basic training courses to their respective salespeople
3. Enhances existing training modules in terms of design and content, ensuring that materials remain effective and up-to-date
4. Develops new training courses for the DepEd salary loan sales team to further their knowledge and skills in salesmanship, leadership, and recruitment.
5. Presents the monthly training report, assessing current sales behaviors, feedback, and needed actions concerning training and recruitment
6. Handles the planning and development of sales recruitment programs, specifically for the DepEd sales channel
7. Assists in the development and implementation of product and sales-related marketing initiatives, such as brochure contents and sales incentives
8. Handles other sales and marketing support tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
