Our client is an Australian NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) registered support provider that has built a strong reputation and loyal client base since 2020, largely through word of mouth. Now the business is ready to invest in a proper marketing presence to support its next stage of growth — and that's where you come in.

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Web Design Virtual Assistant to work one-on-one, directly with the business owner, and take ownership of building out their marketing from the ground up. This is a hands-on role covering website design, social media, print materials, and general admin support — perfect for someone who's confident taking a brief and running with it.

What You'll Be Doing

Website & Design

• Design and build the business's new website
• Create leaflets, flyers, and pamphlets for print distribution
• Ensure all print materials are properly formatted and print-ready

Social Media & Content

• Manage and grow the business's Facebook and Instagram pages
• Set up and manage new TikTok and YouTube channels
• Create short videos and regular updates using photos and content from the team
• Post community-focused content that reflects the business and its work

Email & Outreach

• Send emails to other providers to promote the business and its services
• Handle other ad hoc admin tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

Required

• Website design experience (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or similar)
• Solid experience managing social media and creating content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Graphic design skills for print materials such as flyers and leaflets
• Highly independent — able to take a brief and run with it with minimal supervision
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Available full-time during Australian business hours

Nice to Have

• Understanding of the NDIS or the disability support sector
• Experience with Adobe or similar design tools
• Prior experience marketing for a small or local business
