Marketing Assistant (5-day work)

We are seeking a creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. You will play a versatile role in supporting our brand's presence across Hong Kong, handling everything from visual content creation to campaign execution and performance tracking. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring new joiner to gain hands-on experience in both digital and traditional marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and edit engaging visual assets (e.g., social media graphics, banners, promotional videos, and POSM/printed materials) for various marketing campaigns.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated online (social media, SEM, email) and offline (events, pop-ups, print) promotional strategies.
• Track, analyze, and compile marketing data (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, campaign ROI) into actionable weekly/monthly reports to optimize future performance.
• Perform ad-hoc marketing and administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements & Competencies:

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, Graphic Design, or a related discipline
• 1 year of experience in marketing or digital media. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are also welcome
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is a must
• A creative mindset, strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, and a good team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage
