Job Summary

Are you a driven, people-oriented individual with a passion for sales and marketing? We're looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Sales Staff to join our team! This role is responsible for the execution of marketing programs and driving product competitiveness through strategic promotions, distribution, and pricing, while building and leading an effective sales team to deliver excellent customer service and consistent sales result

Job Responsibilities

• Assure competitiveness of the product through promotions, place of distribution, and price marketing
• Recruit, train, and handle the sales team for effective and efficient sales
• Promote harmonious relationships with the sales groups and provide excellent customer service
• Conduct marketing operations such as pre-closing to closing of sales, after-sales services, and preparation of sales incentives and commissions
• Assist in the preparation of monthly sales reports

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or any business course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiar with using Canva, photo editing tools, etc.
• Proficient in computer applications
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people skills
• Outstanding academic and extra-curricular achievements are an advantage
