Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. If you're passionate about digital marketing, content creation, social media, and performance marketing, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Edit short-form videos and promotional content for social media.
• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate with stores and brands through calls, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Generate leads and maintain outreach databases.
• Support marketing campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
• Video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working hybrid.
