Marketing Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and timely liquidation of marketing and sales activities
• Coordinate the implementation of sales incentive programs, rewards distribution, and provide administrative support to the sales network
• Prepare, consolidate, and maintain accurate sales reports and databases
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and activities
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and digital content
• Coordinate with suppliers and creatives for the production of marketing collaterals
• Support the planning and execution of events such as recruitment drives, grand launches, open houses, and recognition programs
• Provide direct administrative assistance to the Sales Director
• Handle documentation, communications, and coordination with internal departments

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
• Graduate of BS Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related 4-year course
• With strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• With relevant experience in marketing support, promotions, or event management (preferred)
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to be assigned in San Jacinto, Pangasinan
