Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in the execution of the company’s trade, brand, digital, andbasic marketing data analytics activities for automotive lubricants and tire products. The role supports both offline and online marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and support sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing trade marketing activities, promotions, activations, events, and dealer programs.

• Coordinate with Sales teams, dealers, distributors, suppliers, and agencies for marketing requirements.

• Assist in preparing and distributing POSM, promotional materials, and product collaterals.

• Support social media management, digital campaigns, and online promotions.

• Assist in creating and coordinating digital and marketing content.

• Monitor marketing data, campaign performance, social media engagement, and basic KPIs.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

• Assist in analyzing marketing results and provide basic insights or recommendations.

• Assist in organizing events, product launches, roadshows, and other marketing activities.

• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing**, Business, Communications, or related course**.

• At least 1 -2 years of experience in marketing

• Knowledge of trade marketing, digital marketing, and marketing analytics.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of dashboards or data visualization tools is an advantage.

• Good communication, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Creative, proactive, and detail oriented.

• Willing to conduct field work and travel when required.

• Preferably from FMCG or automotive industry
