Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team in-person! In this role, you will support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns, managing social media channels, and expanding our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Support: Assist in developing, planning, and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Create engaging content and manage daily activities across various social media platforms.
• Promotions & Advertising: Support advertising efforts and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
• Market Research: Conduct market research, track consumer trends, and monitor competitor activities.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or any related business field.
• Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates ! Previous experience or internship in the retail industry is a strong plus.
• Core Competencies: Solid understanding of basic marketing principles, brand promotion strategies, and social media trends.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media advertising tools, content trends, and platform analytics.
• Work Setup: Must be willing to work 100% On-site / In-person .
