MARKETING ASSISTANT

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join the marketing and communications team at Ben's Windoors Inc. This is a full-time position based in Malate, Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives and helping to build brand awareness for our company. Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including social media content, newsletters, and promotional collateral
• Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage social media accounts and engage with audiences to build brand loyalty and awareness
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and content for marketing communications
• Maintain and update marketing databases and customer contact lists
• Assist in organising marketing events and promotional activities
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics and insights
• Support the development of branded content and creative assets for various platforms
• Respond to marketing-related enquiries and provide administrative support to the marketing team

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in a marketing support or administrative role, or relevant marketing internship experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks
• Creative thinking and the ability to contribute fresh ideas to marketing initiatives
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software or content management systems is advantageous
• Eagerness to learn and develop marketing skills within a professional environment
