Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant supports the school’s marketing and communications initiatives by creating promotional materials, managing digital platforms, coordinating events, and assisting with community engagement. This role ensures consistent branding and effective communication with students, parents, staff, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating promotional materials and marketing collaterals
• Monitor social media engagement
• Support school campaigns and marketing activities
• Assist other departments with marketing-related tasks
• Support Admissions with enrollment inquiries and activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• Graduate of BS in Marketing, IT, or related course
• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media
• Basic video creation and marketing ideation skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Basic creative design skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to support marketing and admissions activities
