What they need
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handles client complaints and address concern
Communicate and resolve clients concerns in person, over the phone and via email
Coordinates with the team for the immediate solution of clients concerns
Process and prepares documents for Pagibig and banks
Maintains confidentiality of information
Performs other duties as the need arises
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent
At-least 1 year working experience in the related field
Preferably with experience in customer service or equivalent
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
With good written and oral communication skills
