About the role

Men2 Marketing & Distribution Enterprise Corporation is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our marketing operations and helping to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across our distribution and marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, working collaboratively with the marketing team to execute campaigns, manage promotional activities, and support the overall success of our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including promotional content, brochures, posters and social media posts
• Help coordinate and organise marketing events, product launches and promotional activities
• Maintain and update marketing databases and customer records to ensure accurate information is available for campaigns
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to the marketing team
• Assist with competitor research and market analysis to inform marketing strategies
• Liaise with external vendors, design agencies and media partners to support campaign execution
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing files and coordinating team activities
• Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance marketing initiatives and improve brand visibility

What we're looking for

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging marketing materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms
• Basic graphic design knowledge or experience using design tools such as Canva is advantageous
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A creative mindset with a passion for marketing and brand development
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work produced
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing business needs
• Previous experience in a marketing, advertising or communications role is preferred but not essential
