Marketing Assistant

About the role

Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department by coordinating marketing activities, maintaining marketing materials and databases, organizing events, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to develop a career in marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support by the direct superior
• Maintain and organize marketing documents, brochures, and promotional materials
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers for quotations, purchases, deliveries, maintenance, and other office requirements
• Assist with preparation of Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO)
• Follow up Invoices, and supporting documents from vendors for payment purposes
• Monitor inventory of marketing materials and promotional giveaways
• Maintain proper filing and ensure documents can be retrieved easily when required
• Support company events, meetings, training sessions, and employee activities
• Coordinate marketing requests from the sales team
• Maintain records of campaigns, advertisements, and marketing performance
