Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist to develop and create marketing content for both online and offline channels (e.g. IG, FB, EDM, App, in-store promotion etc.).
• Prepare POSM (e.g. standee, in shop visual, etc.) for retail and marketing materials for e-commerce, assist in implementing conception, production, delivery of all POSM.
• Liaise with PR agencies, advertising agencies, shopping malls, landlords, media partners, and vendors to support the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Support PR activities by coordinating press materials, media outreach, product seeding, and post-campaign follow-up to maximize brand exposure and earned media value.
• Assist in planning and executing brand events, community engagement activities, and promotional campaigns, including idea generation, invitation management, RSVP coordination, event logistics, and post-event evaluation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and industry best practices.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team and assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• University, Associate Degree, or Higher Diploma graduate in Marketing, Communication or Business or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, fashion, outdoor, sportswear, or consumer lifestyle brands.
• Passion for sports, outdoor activities, travel, fashion, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Creative and proactive, equipped with good problem-solving and analytical skills in a fast-faced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
