About the role
Assist with pre-event preparation and on-site execution of ground promotion activities, including venue setup and material arrangement, customer reception and initial consultation, data registration and account opening process assistance, on-site activity maintenance, and preliminary activity data statistics and reporting to support the Market Activity Planning Manager in achieving account opening conversion targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with pre-event preparation, including venue setup and material arrangement
- Conduct customer reception and initial consultation
- Assist with data registration and account opening processes
- Maintain on-site activity order and atmosphere
- Conduct preliminary activity data statistics and reporting
- Coordinate with the Planning Manager to complete other assigned tasks
About you
- Secondary education (Form 5) or above
- Experience in event support or sales promotion preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Diligent and responsible, able to adapt to outdoor and weekend activity arrangements
- Strong team collaboration spirit
