Marketing Assistant

About the role

This role involves assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You will create, edit, and schedule content for social media, email newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials, while supporting market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.

• Support market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking; compile clear reports and insights
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, operations) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects
• Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and campaign documentation
• Help manage basic administrative tasks related to marketing activities (e.g., event support, sample distribution, data entry)
• Monitor brand mentions and engagement; flag opportunities or issues promptly
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and campaign effectiveness

About you

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while consistently meeting deadlines
• Strong team player who communicates clearly, collaborates willingly, and supports colleagues to achieve shared goals
• Good organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage)
• Familiarity with common digital marketing tools (social media platforms, basic analytics, Canva or similar design tools, email marketing platforms)
• Proactive mindset — you take initiative, spot issues early, and follow through without being asked
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
