- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns for the company and its projects.
- Assist in strengthening the organization's overall brand through all media avenues.
- Monitor campaign implementation and provide updates to the Marketing Manager.
- Assist in developing corporate communication materials, company announcements, presentations, and other brand-related content.
- Produce approved content for placement on websites, billboards, brochures and other marketing collateral.
- Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, property launches, open houses, exhibits, community activities, and sales events.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments, including sales, project, finance, brand designers, vendors & suppliers. Monitor the inventories of all marketing collateral.
