Marketing Assistant

Salary Range : 300 – 500 (Commensurate with experience)

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:30 (Occasional Saturday shifts based on operational needs)

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the marketing lead in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.

• Liaise with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

• Gather market trends, competitor insights, and audience feedback; compile foundational data reports.

• Support daily marketing operations, resource management, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

• Core Competencies : Solid copywriting skills, sound creative planning abilities, and structured logical thinking.

• Communication & Execution : Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, disciplined execution, and responsiveness to task delegation.

• Work Ethic : Conscientious, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
