MARKETING ASSISTANT

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in implementing campaigns, creating marketing materials, managing social media content, and coordinating various marketing activities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials such as social media posts, captions, presentations, and other promotional content.
• Assist in managing and updating the company’s social media platforms.
• Schedule and monitor social media posts and help maintain an active online presence.
• Conduct basic market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Assist in organizing events, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders for marketing-related requirements.
• Help maintain marketing files, databases, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports and presentations.
• Assist with administrative and other marketing-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing or a similar role

• Reliable and highly dependable, with strong attendance and work discipline

• Adaptable and quick to learn

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Skilled in content writing and editing, with strong attention to detail

• Proven multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Willing and able to travel inside and outside of the country when required

• Energetic, proactive, and outgoing personality; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in handling social media accounts and running Facebook Ads
