Marketing Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

I. Sales and Marketing

• Assist in promoting and marketing company products and services through sales visits, telemarketing, emails, and other promotional activities to assigned clients.
• Assist in the preparation of product configurations, quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents as instructed by the supervisor.
• Prepare and organize documents required upon receipt of purchase orders, such as costing, purchase requisitions, demonstration/training request forms, Sales-to-Service Slip Forms, item configurations, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with concerned departments regarding product delivery, installation schedules, training, and turnover of equipment to clients.
• Assist in the preparation of bidding requirements, including quotations, government forms, bid documents, bid bonds, and other related requirements for private and government bidding activities.
• Support the organization of technical seminars, product launches, exhibits, demonstrations, and other marketing events.
• Assist in gathering information regarding competitor products, pricing, and marketing activities for reference and market analysis.
• Provide administrative and logistical assistance in the delivery and coordination of sold items, when necessary.
