Marketing Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and business development activities within the automotive industry.

The successful candidate will assist with marketing campaigns, vehicle promotions, social media content, customer engagement and administrative coordination across our automotive businesses, including new and used vehicle sales, vehicle consignment, car rental and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for new and used vehicles.
• Support promotional activities for vehicle sales, consignment and car rental services.
• Create and update marketing content for social media, websites and online platforms.
• Assist with vehicle listings, including updating vehicle specifications, pricing, images and promotional information.
• Monitor social media platforms and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with online promotions and digital marketing activities to generate customer enquiries and leads.
• Coordinate marketing materials, promotional content and campaign schedules.
• Conduct basic market research on automotive trends, competitors and customer preferences.
• Maintain accurate marketing records, customer enquiries and campaign information.
• Assist the sales team with promotional materials and marketing-related administrative tasks.
• Support marketing activities for fleet management and corporate vehicle services.
• Track basic campaign performance and prepare simple marketing reports.
• Assist with events, showroom promotions and other company marketing activities.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, automotive or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using social media and online marketing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar tools.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Interest in the automotive industry is an advantage.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
