Marketing Assistant

Salary: 20,000 – 35,000 THB (Based on experience)

Location: Sukhumvit 65, Bangkok

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 09:30 – 18:30

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, KOL/Influencer, and event marketing. This role requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across Social Media, OOH, Digital Media, KOL/Influencer and PR
• Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables
• Track campaign progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

Content & Social Media

• Support content planning for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and other platforms
• Prepare content calendars
• Coordinate artwork, copywriting and video production
• Monitor trends and identify content opportunities
• Collect and organize social media performance data

Media & KOL

• Coordinate with media partners, KOLs and influencers
• Prepare media kits and campaign materials
• Follow up on posting schedules and campaign deliverables
• Collect campaign reports and performance results

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Events, Entertainment or related fields
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media
• Passion for music, entertainment, festivals and pop culture
• Good command of Thai and English
• Experience working with artists, agencies or influencers is an advantage
