Marketing Assistant

About the role

This is a Marketing Assistant position based in Cainta, Rizal. The role involves supporting daily marketing activities, creating and managing social media content, preparing marketing materials, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily marketing activities and promotions
• Create and post content on social media
• Help prepare flyers, posters, and other marketing materials
• Conduct simple market and competitor research
• Respond to customer inquiries and messages when needed
• Help monitor social media engagement and marketing results
• Maintain marketing files, records, and documents
• Coordinate with the production team and other departments
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails to relevant staff
• Act as a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field; fresh graduates may also be considered
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or administrative support is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Excellent time management skills
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new marketing strategies and tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
