What they need
Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department
Prepare and maintain marketing documents, reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Assist with data entry, updating records and maintaining information in the company’s system
Support the team in coordinating marketing activities and projects
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Marketing/Communications
- Training provided
- 1 year contract, subjected to renewal
- 5 days work week (Mon to Fri 815am - 530pm)
- Working Location: Kallang
- Salary: Up to $3000
- Able to start work within short notice
