Marketing Assistant

About the role

You'll get involved across a broad range of marketing activity, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager and working day-to-day alongside the Marketing Coordinator. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions and won't be expected to know everything from day one. You'll have the opportunity to learn, get involved and take on more responsibility as you develop.

Key responsibilities

• Create content and support social channels
• Assist with planning and delivering campaigns and promotions
• Help bring new products from the factory floor to market
• Assist with website updates, email marketing and digital activity
• Help organise and support customer events and trade shows
• Coordinate marketing materials and communications for the national sales team
• Keep projects and campaigns organised and on track

About you

• Enthusiastic, curious and proactive
• Organised, with good attention to detail
• Confident using social media and digital platforms
• Quick to learn new software and tools
• Someone who brings ideas and takes initiative
• A team player who is happy to get stuck in
• A Marketing, Communications or similar qualification is preferred
