We’re growing our team and looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support campaigns for a changing mix of clients. You’ll receive structured training, guaranteed base pay plus bonus incentives and regular coaching from day one.

This is a customer-facing, commercially focused position rather than a role centred entirely on social media or content creation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Attend daily campaign briefings and team meetings
• Learn each client’s brand, audience and campaign goals
• Prepare branded materials and customer information
• Represent clients clearly and professionally
• Engage customers and understand their interests
• Explain relevant products, services and promotions
• Support customer enquiries, registrations and sales activity
• Maintain consistent brand messaging
• Record customer feedback and campaign results accurately
• Contribute ideas during campaign reviews
