We are expanding our marketing team and are looking for aproactive, creative and organised Marketing Assistant to support our marketing campaigns, administrative tasks and events.

Job Responsibilities

Event Management & Execution

• ⁠Assist in planning, organizing, and executing trade shows, local pop-up activations, and direct-to-consumer events.
• Manage event logistics, RSVP tracking, vendor liaisons, and on-site setup/dismantling.
• Coordinate sample inventory and promotional materials required for events and marketing campaigns.

Administrative & Workflow Support

• Handle day-to-day office management tasks, contract management, and budget tracking for the department.
• Serve as a point of contact for supplier liaisons and maintain database entries.
• ⁠Support marketing workflow management, take meeting notes, and provide administrative backing to the wider team.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, Malay, and Chinese.
• ⁠Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and own transport (willingness to travel for event setups and vendor coordination).
• Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
• Passion: A strong love for pets and interest in the pet care industry!
