Marketing Assistant

Key responsibilities

• Assist to develop and create marketing content for both online and offline channels (e.g. IG, FB, in-store promotion etc.)
• Prepare POSM (e.g. standee, in shop visual, etc.) for retail and marketing materials for e-commerce, assist in implementing conception, production, delivery of all POSM
• Assist in planning and executing brand events, community engagement activities, and promotional campaigns, including idea generation, invitation management, RSVP coordination, event logistics, and post-event evaluation
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and industry best practices
• Familiar with the operations of media aware of platform content trends and audience behaviors
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team and assist with ad hoc projects as assigned

About you

• University, Associate Degree, or Higher Diploma graduate in Marketing, Communication or Business or related disciplines
• Preferably in retail, fashion, outdoor, sportswear, or consumer lifestyle brands
• Passion for sports, outdoor activities, travel, fashion, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
• Creative and proactive, equipped with good problem-solving and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
