About us

Insight Chiropractic Health & Wellness Center is a 5-star (54 reviews) holistic wellness clinic in Maitland, FL. Under one roof we offer chiropractic, acupuncture, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), full-body red light therapy, neurokinetic massage, fire cupping, and more. We're a small, tight-knit team led by Dr. Sean Olenek, and we're growing our marketing in-house — new website, Google Ads, Instagram, and Google Business Profile — so we need someone who can put great content in front of it.

The role

You'll be the person who makes sure we always have fresh, high-quality photos and video of what actually happens in the clinic — and turns them into posts, reels, and website content. Roughly half the job is shooting and editing; the other half is keeping our online presence current. You'll work directly with Dr. Olenek and our Director of Operations.

What you'll do

Shoot & edit content (the core of the job)

• Film short vertical videos (Reels / Shorts / TikTok style) of treatments, the chamber, the red light beds, the team, and the space — 3–5 clips per week
• Photograph services, staff, and the clinic in a consistent, clean style for the website, ads, and Google listing
• Record short patient testimonials on camera (with signed consent — we'll give you the form)
• Edit in CapCut, iPhone, or similar: captions, trimming, music, simple text overlays
• Build and maintain an organized asset library (Google Drive, named and dated) so anyone on the team can find the right photo or clip in 30 seconds

Keep us visible

• Post to Instagram and Facebook 3–4× per week from a monthly content calendar you help build
• Post weekly updates and photos to our Google Business Profile
• Ask happy patients for Google reviews and make it easy for them (QR cards, follow-up texts)
• Draft short blog/article posts and email newsletters from Dr. Olenek's notes
• Photograph and promote in-clinic events and monthly specials

Support the bigger picture

• Track what's working (reach, saves, review count, website inquiries) in a simple monthly one-pager
• Suggest ideas: trends worth trying, before/after formats, series like "What is HBOT?"
• Help with light front-desk coverage or event setup when needed

Who we're looking for

• You already shoot and edit vertical video on your phone and can show us examples (a personal account counts)
• Good eye for framing, lighting, and a clean, professional-but-warm look — no clinical-stock-photo feel
• Comfortable being around patients and asking politely for a quick clip or a review
• Organized: you name files, keep a calendar, and finish what you start
• Clear writer — short captions, no typos
• Reliable and self-directed; we'll give you direction and priorities, not a script for every day

Nice to have (not required)

• Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or basic Premiere/DaVinci
• Experience with health, fitness, or wellness brands
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite, or Later/Buffer
• Spanish
