Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our social media and marketing activities. This role will focus on developing creative concepts, titles, captions, and short-video ideas that effectively present our products and encourage audience engagement. You will work closely with our Graphic Artist, who will assist with the design and video production of the content you help develop.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube social media accounts
• Develop creative and relevant ideas for product-focused social media content
• Create engaging titles, captions, hooks, and content concepts for posts prepared by the Graphic Artist
• Develop ideas for short-form product videos, including simple scripts, dialogues, and storylines
• Stay updated with current social media trends, popular content formats, and emerging ideas
• Identify relevant trends and recommend ways to adapt them to our products and target audience
• Continuously refresh and improve content ideas to keep our social media presence current, engaging, and relevant
• Coordinate with the Graphic Artist by providing clear content ideas and direction for posts and videos
• Assist in planning and organizing the social media content calendar and posting schedule
• Monitor basic social media engagement and use audience response to suggest future content ideas

About you

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a related field
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Strong interest in social media and digital content
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh and practical content ideas
• Good writing skills, particularly for titles, captions, scripts, and short dialogues
• Able to recognize and understand current social media trends
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the marketing and creative team
