Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptualization and strategic planning of trade mark events, projects, and programs.
• On-Ground Assistance for Activations and Brand Activities
• E-commerce management
• Social Media planning, posting, and management
• Experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing is preferred, but not required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• With exposure to campaign execution, brand support, or trade marketing (preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or consumer goods).
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, branding, and campaign management.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design or digital tools (Canva, Adobe, social media platforms) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Work Setup:

• Full-time (M-F)
• On-site (Gem Foods International, Inc. - Sitio Gitna, Brgy. Caybiga, North Caloocan)
• Will provide on-ground assistance for Activations, Events, etc.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• National Capital Region: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Trade Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
