Marketing Assistant

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team in executing marketing activities and maintaining daily marketing operations for the assigned brands or product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of trade promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Support the preparation of sales reports and basic sales data analysis.
• Collect and consolidate market intelligence, promotion photos, and competitors' activities for review.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock monitoring and product repacking arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional documents as required.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing team and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 1 year of relevant marketing, promotion, or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
