What they need
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team in Mission, Texas. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to contribute to real campaigns: shaping ideas, preparing content, keeping projects organized, and seeing the finished work go live. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and creative team across online advertising, social media, email, billboards, television, radio, and occasional live events.
You’ll begin with an assigned client project and follow it from the initial brief through launch and reporting. Once it’s complete, you’ll move to a new project with a different audience, message, or mix of channels. That variety gives you the chance to build practical marketing skills while working on campaigns for national and international clients. The role also offers a quarterly project bonus of up to $750, based on agreed milestones and your contribution to project delivery. Bonus payments are performance-based and not guaranteed.
Follow the campaign from idea to launch
1. Get to know the brief. Help organize campaign goals, audience research, key dates, and the materials the team needs. Join planning discussions, take useful notes, and bring ideas of your own.
2. Help build the pieces. Support content and creative work for online platforms, paid digital campaigns, and email marketing. You may also help coordinate materials for billboards, television commercials, and radio campaigns, checking that copy, visuals, and details match the approved brief.
3. Keep the launch connected. Update campaign calendars, track approvals, and check that colleagues have the right version of each asset. Work with the Marketing Manager, creative team, and media contacts to follow up on outstanding items. For occasional live event campaigns, you’ll also coordinate with the events team and see the work in action.
4. Find out what happened. Gather campaign results, help prepare clear updates for clients, and note what the team can carry into its next project. You’ll learn how to look at digital engagement alongside the delivery of offline campaign elements.
Bring ideas—and follow them through
We’d like to meet someone who:
- Enjoys coming up with ideas and is willing to develop them with feedback.
- Writes clearly and notices when a message feels different across channels.
- Keeps track of dates, details, and changes without losing sight of the wider campaign.
- Communicates comfortably with colleagues working on different parts of a project.
- Is curious about how advertising works online, in public spaces, on air, and at events.
A degree or previous agency experience is not required. What matters is your interest in marketing, your organization, and your willingness to learn by doing.
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll gain exposure to different campaigns while building confidence with each completed project. If you want to bring your ideas to campaigns you can actually see in the world, apply with your current resume.
